Who Is Lucky Lu?
 
Chef Lisa Eisen graduated at the top of her class at the French Culinary Institute, in New York City. There, she was able to refine her craft and develop her skills in the classic tradition of the French kitchen. In addition to this traditional style, she is adept in many ethnic cuisines, such as Indian and Thai, as well as special health needs, including vegetarian, low fat, lactose intolerant and gluten-free.
 
Since 2006 she has been working as a Private Chef and Caterer, serving the New York Metro area, and preparing seasonal, organic menus for her Lucky Lu clients.  Her original, wholesome, and innovative meals feature local produce as much as possible, showcasing the vibrancy of the ingredients themselves and celebrating the tastes of each season.
 
Her passion is to truly nourish those she cooks for, preparing food which promotes health, vitality and joy.
